The San Bernardino Fairgrounds is home to the annual San Bernardino County Fair and more than 150 other events each year including consumer and trade shows, meetings, expositions, conventions, inter-track wagering, sporting events and agricultural events. The 2010 SBC Fair theme is GREEN ACRES SQUEALS, THRILLS, AND FERRIS WHEELS! It's the place to be May 15-23, 2010:)

Day 1 of Green Acres

Duh duh duh duh duh....duh duh! Green Acres at the San Bernardino County Fairgrounds was THE place to be Today!!! Fair attendees enjoyed lots of great food, carnival and entertainment of all sorts throughout the day. We kicked it off by allowing those who brought a TV to recycle to get FREE parking from Noon-3PM. We also offered FREE admission to the Fair to ALL teachers for teacher appreciation this week. Entertainment is endless, from the Amazing Harmonatras singing a special Fair edition of Green Acres at the gates when you arrive, to the clown humor at the gate, a talking pig who gives green tips (Jethro P Hogg pictured above), talking parrots, a circus (Russell Bros Circus pictured below), rainforest and science exhibits in the Kids Kountry area, a turkey stampede, hypnotist, bands and more! The Wild West Turkey Stampede is debuting their Midget Racing right here at the SBC Fair this year with a new racing team of 12 baby Midget White Turkeys. Food and Commercial vendors are endless, already have enjoyed a corn dog, sopes and a lemonade myself.
